Hang Gliding in the Interlaken region is a fun activity for individuals and families of all ages!  Enjoy a spectacular flight with panoramic views of Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau and the Twin lakes of Interlaken!

The most popular hang gliding flight is approximately 800m altitude difference and the flying time is usually between 10 - 30 minutes.

Hang Gliding is offered: Daily from April - November

Age Limit: Children from 8 years of age and above

​

Transport & Pick-up: Free pick up and transport from your hotel, backpackers, or train station in Interlaken

​

Excusrion Time: 1.5 Hours

​

Please bring along: Good Shoes and long trousers
