The most popular paragliding flight is approximately 800m altitude difference and the flying time is usually between 10 - 30 minutes.

Age Limit: There is no age limit! (young children are accepted if they choose independently to go paragliding)

Transport & Pick-up: Free pick up and transport from your hotel, backpackers, or train station in Interlaken
