Age Limit: Please enquire directly with the operator of your choice about course difficulty and age limits.

Participants are required to be able to swim.

Transport & Pick-up: Free pick up and transport from your hotel, backpackers, or train station in Interlaken

Excusrion Time: 3 Hours (minumum) - 6 Hours (maximum)
